Our Personality is More than Our Person

Today’s post may shock you…or even violate your understanding of trauma, but hear me out…

What if a truer definition of trauma, abuse, contention, or irreconcilable differences is that it is really the misunderstanding and/or mischaracterization of another person’s personality group? Would that change how we get along  or communicate with one another?

Could we elevate are thinking through our individual person, or as a collective to draw different conclusions? The answer is yes.

Our personalities follow strict parameters which represent something more divine then our mortal minds often allows us to explore or understand without clearer, more innocent information.

Trauma, too often becomes a conclusion when it competes against our personalities parameters with. This is not to say abuse does not happen or take place physically or psychologically. But a better understanding of our personality will internalize other people’s behaviors to help prevent contention, or irreconcilable differences from  internalizing or divide us from one another.
